American Workers Confident About Seeking Jobs

Workers in the U.S. are feeling very optimistic about the job market. In a recent survey, 63% of workers stated that they are open to seeking better jobs. While money is one reason, there are other motivations such as career development, work-life balance, behavior of management, benefits and compensation, and general well-being.

Many workers are more interested in job satisfaction and quality of life than in the amount of their income. While some companies can’t afford to give everyone huge salary increases, they are finding new ways to entice current workers to stay onboard. The experts at USAFIS are finding that more foreign nationals are becoming interested in relocating to the United States.
