Workers in the U.S. are feeling very optimistic about the job market. In a recent survey, 63% of workers stated that they are open to seeking better jobs. While money is one reason, there are other motivations such as career development, work-life balance, behavior of management, benefits and compensation, and general well-being.

Many workers are more interested in job satisfaction and quality of life than in the amount of their income.
